I was very impressed with the knowledge that  Gord had with investing in real estate here in Canada and also for Canadian investors investing in properties in the US. It has helped me immensely in my own investing. I found that Gord helped clear up a lot of the misinformation that had been given by other teachers I have heard because some of the things that we were being taught didn’t  apply to us as Canadians. Having Gord [at that event] was priceless. Thanks.

Gord Lemon is great teacher. He really knows what he is talking about. I am very thankful that we had a Canadian teacher like Gord that we could talk to because the rules are a bit different here than across the 49th, so that way we got  the Canadian way. He was great.

Thank you for sharing your experience and strategies that can help Canadians invest in the USA. I was encouraged by US gurus that an LLC was the best set up for Canadians in order to invest in the US, but Gord, you know better from your hard knocks dealings in the USA.

Setting it as an LLP…that plus other great nuggets alone probably saved me thousands of dollars and not to mention the frustration and stress of being steered the wrong way.

I was blown away with the information I learned on the tour as well as the comfort I had to begin investing in the US. I also found out I could have saved over $4200 on my company set up if I had only met Gord and his team a few months earlier.

I attended the Bill Rancic’s Real Estate Boot Camp in Edmonton. Gord Lemon was one of three speakers at this event. I found that Gord’s information was very helpful because it pertained to Canada and Canadian laws. Gord is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of real estate. He is a very easy individual to interact with. I would not hesitate to attend another event where Gord is a speaker.

Gord Lemon is a sincere, honest and a great teacher. Mr. Lemon was very informative he did not go to the grey areas. Mr. Lemon kept his presentation very black and white, very easy to understand and answered all the questions actually in an orderly manner. I joined PMI because Tom Moore told me that I would get a three day one on one boot-camp with Mr. Lemon. I was very excited and looking forward to working with Mr. Lemon.

Having Gord as one of our coaches here in Edmonton for one of PMI’s workshops was invaluable for us Canadians getting into Real Estate Investing, because he was knowledgeable about Canadian laws and about Canadians investing in the US and had lots of information for us. He was a great asset to the coaching staff at the workshop; I hope to work with him in a joint venture.
